Remade
It arrived in a suit box, folded along the same three creases since 1989, and two people had already told Tea it could not be saved.
Half of it could. The skirt panels were sound and there was enough cloth in the original sleeves, which nobody was ever going to wear again, to build a new bodice. The creases at the fold lines were dead, so those pieces became facings where they would never be seen.
What is new is the foundation, the bodice and the back. What is old is every square centimeter that shows.
